What happens after I’ve placed an order?

We send you a confirmation email; you do a little happy dance. Once you’ve place your order, we’ll send payment and shipping confirmation to the email you provided. The total cost will be charged to the payment method you selected at checkout. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal. Payment processing is safe and secure, so all you have to worry about is which cup to use when your delicious coffee arrives.

How long will delivery take?

For members, orders shipped to the US will arrive in 2-7 business days. For everyone else, ground shipping takes 3-7 days. Can’t wait? Choose 2-Day Express Shipping at checkout! Haven’t received your order? Get in touch and we’ll investigate.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes. We’ll send your unique tracking number to the email you provided. So there’s no need to sit anxiously by the window, watching and waiting for the mailman to arrive.

How does the membership program work?

Our membership program gives you bigger perks than a double-shot espresso! You pay zero shipping fees, and we ship your beans the same day they’re roasted.

Our exclusive membership package:

Include monthlymembership, $150 per coffee, charged monthly by the 1st of each month. Your gourmet coffee will be Wine Coffee.

We only charge your card once your order has been shipped. Membership automatically renews monthly, but you can cancel at any time. We only provide refund on the last month billing cycle, and if the order haven’t ship yet.
