Wine coffee is crafted from fermented and sundried red coffee cherries. We take advantage of Gayo, Sumatra, Indonesia unique climate to produce this exquisite brew. First, the coffee cherries are fermented and dried under the equatorial sun for about 40 days to bring out their fruitiness. It take about 50 days of total process.The result? A luscious coffee bursting with berry notes!

At Putri Coffee, we bring you only the finest coffee beans from far-off lands. We work directly with a team of thousand women farmers in Gayo, who handpick and hand-sort our gourmet beans. Most of our farmers is widowed. We then import our beans to Seattle, the home of American coffee culture, and fresh-roast them weekly in our FDA-approved roasting facility partner.
